Terms and Conditions   This competition is open to women aged 50 or over who are resident in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. This competition closes on 30th June, 2008. Entries received after this date will not be permitted to enter the competition. Only one entry may be submitted per person. IMEDEEN and Saga reserve the right to exclude any entrant for any reason. Employees of Saga Magazine, IMEDEEN, Boots, Close Models and Ariane Poole and any other parties professionally connected with this promotion are prohibited from entry. If you submit an entry, you warrant to us that you own the copyright in all images and text submitted to us and agree to grant Saga, IMEDEEN and Ariane Poole a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any manner they may so choose, and in any media worldwide. There is no guarantee that any pictures will ever be used and the right to edit comments is reserved. Photographs will not be returned. By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all competition terms and conditions, including entry instructions. A short list of up to 20 finalists will be contacted beginning of July 2008. The judges’ decision is final regarding selection to the short list. Short-listed candidates must be available for interview 17th and 18th July and finalists must be available for a photoshoot in London the week commencing 1st September 2008. Travel expenses will be paid up to a maximum of £50 per person. All other costs are the responsibility of the contestant. Entrants must be willing to have their names and images published and to take part in publicity with no fee. The outright winner will be decided by public vote. The winner will receive a year’s contract to be the international face of IMEDEEN Prime Renewal and representation by Close Models. The Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative to the prize. On attending the photo shoot, the winner will be required to complete a model release form. By entering this competition, you agree that in the event of winning, you will attend the photo shoot, be on time, sign the model release form and remain professional at all times. Photographs from this shoot may appear in marketing and advertising and on websites for any and potentially all of IMEDEEN, Saga and Ariane Poole. Copyright of the images is to be retained by the photographer and/or Saga, IMEDEEN and Ariane Poole, who may wish to use them for their own purposes. All personal data submitted to the competition will be held in accordance with the privacy policy set out by IMEDEEN Prime Renewal. Short-listed candidates, finalists and winner will be notified on headed paper and no fee will be demanded. No other correspondence will be entered into. Any approaches by companies demanding fees are not connected with IMEDEEN, Saga or Ariane Poole. Neither IMEDEEN, Saga nor Ariane Poole shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered including but not limited to direct or consequential loss sustained as a result of participation in this competition.
