understood and accepted all promotion terms and conditions

5) If the free pack of preference has not been specified on the bonus card,
IMEEEN will supply one month's supply of IMEDEEN Time Perfection

6) To be eligible to receive a free one month's supply, the customer must be
an individual and must submit bonus cards to a total value of 6 points.
Each bonus card should state complete name and address as well as
have an affixed original barcode from the Imedeen packaging
